Target Market
Homes will be made available to buyers who are currently on any eThekwini Municipality Housing, waiting lists, Individuals will be selected as follows:
1) Must be South African Citizen or lawful South African Resident
2) Must be 1st time home owners
3) Individuals must have dependants, or be married or co- habit with their partner.
4) Individuals must not have previously received a state subsidy.
When the housing waiting lists are exhausted, then individuals from the greater eThekwini Municipality area will be given the opportunity to purchase these units.
Marketing & Communication
Individuals on the Municipality’s Database will be notified by adverts placed in the Daily Newspapers and also in the Municipalities in house publications. Once the Housing waiting lists are exhausted, then individuals from the greater eThekwini area will be invited, via adverts in the press, to purchase these units.
Our marketing team will approach government workers like Teachers, Nurses, Policeman and Soldiers through their respective Unions or Human Resources Departments, Employees of institutions like Telkom, Eskom and the Post Office will also be targeted.
